That's not a new site. I think it's been around.

This one's been around too. It's been important in keeping pals who were pals a long time ago pals today. It's been through most of us in Queens and now few of us in Queens. It withstood Deeb's shenanigans and was the first place some people came to make sure we were okay when we thought the world might be ending. Sure, we all have Facebook now, and nine different ways to check our email over the course of the day, but this used to be where we all bullshitted about the bullshit that went on.

Kain, please understand that I'm not complaining. I'm not sitting here trying to tell you that we should all be sitting here all day arguing the merits of Rachel Ward or coming up with wacky band names. Mary McGuire's doesn't exist anymore, even if we did want to coordinate football brunches. I get that the Ithaca Mafia messageboard wasn't going to keep on giving forever and ever, certainly not the way it did in its heyday. This isn't nostalgia. This is an homage. A thanks.

I'm trying to tell you, Kaino, that you haven't just stumbled upon some pissant fansite where dipshit bloggers spoil episodes of Lost for other dipshit bloggers. This is a place for pals. It has been for a pretty long time.
