This all goes back to the Mr. Steve imbroglio.
Not only "realised" but also "Omaho"...are British spellings. Omaha or "Omaho" as it were to the Brits...also is NOT the capital of Nebraska. The capital of Nebraska is whatever the hell else I tell you it is, since I am in charge of Nebraska lore as far as I'm concerned where any of you are concerned. In this case I'm having you believe it's Lincoln...which I'm now also having you believe I named after my twin pet guinea hens, "Lynne" and "Colm" combined they make "LynneColm" which was misheard as "Lincoln" when I drunkenly dictated the name to the masses. ALSO!!!! Why did I not know about this to call into the show!!! I heard "Allison" (Jessica) on there. And "Terry Ribald" (Me) could have and would have called in had he known! I am just chock full of umbrage. |

Thanks so much for posting the vintage Sesame Street clips. I LOVE them and have spent far too much time tonight looking them over. The pinball countdown to 12 (sung by the Pointer Sisters - a fact I definitely didn't appreciate back then) and "We all sing in the same voice" - some really good stuff. But my personal favorite is "Would you like to buy an O?" which I suspect was an homage to Jimmy Cagney. Whoa, those SS guys were definitely out there!
